Agrofarma is an association set up as a sectorial group within Assochimica in October 1987. As one of the 17 associations forming Federchimica (Italy’s National Federation of the Chemical Industry), it represents companies producing crop protection products (or plant protection products: chemical products for protecting crops from animal and plant parasites).
The Association promotes the sector’s interests. One of the ways it does this is by promoting a new image for crop protection among the public, portraying them as allies of nature, just as necessary as the other factors that contribute to good, productive farming. |
